Be It Live It Love It originates from questions asked by individuals in seminars, classes and workshops. Also included a moment for you in-between each story to enjoy a short breath meditation.


Are you ready to be the change you seek? Are you ready to start the most important journey of your life? Are you prepared to never mind the good opinion of others, uncover the happiness within that you have forgotten and become the joy you want to see in the world now? If you answer yes, it is then time to Be the change in your thoughts, live the change through your actions and love your life with appreciation.

I have written this book based on my own life experience as I move onto my conscious path, creating and hosting internationally syndicated "Happy Yoga with Sarah Starr", sharing classes such as "Power of Now" and "Breathing Peace" with thousands of people in hospitals, schools, workshops and conferences. I would like to thank those extraordinary people for their courage and their readiness to embrace inner change. This audio originates from my personal experiences into its present form in response to questions asked by individuals in seminars, classes and workshops. And so for this audio experience, I have kept the question-and -answer format. Each question leads you further down the path to my freedom as well as your own. I have also included a moment for you in-between each story to enjoy a short breath meditation, creating an entry point into the present, a gift for you. These breathing breaks can be used throughout the day to help you stay connected. As we become still and breathe, we open our minds to any possibility, we open the doors to allowing. Allowing it in with our joy, our exuberance, eagerness and passion.

I have grown as much creating this audio as I had living the many stories. I hope that this audio will find it's way to those that are ready to break out of old mind patterns and begin a radical transformation into their own magnificence.

My intention is to inspire others to love themselves unconditionally and to live lives with passion. In knowing that all of us are the creators of our experience and that life was meant to be fun!! We are extensions of God and by living joyfully; we all assist in bringing harmony to the Universe. Breathing through the tantrums, the celebrations and the lowest of valleys, remembering that this too shall pass. Breathe, allowing yourself to be guided every step of the way, trusting and expecting miracles, knowing you never walk alone.
Be It Live It Love It includes two discs. Each disc has a running time of approx. 74 minutes for a complete running time of 148 minutes.

Breathing Peace Class June 18th | Check out The Purifying Breath to Let Off Steam:)

Breathing affects our state of mind. It can make us excited or calm, tense or relaxed.
There is a definite connection between rate of breathing and either stress or relaxation.

It is very hard to be in a complete state of stress if your breathing is slow and deep. It doesn't mean you won't encounter stressful events, but you can certainly let them take less of a physical toll on you even when you are dealing with unavoidable stressful situations by not letting your breathing put you into overload.

The Purifying Breath
1. Inhale deeply through your nose.
2. Exhale through your puckered mouth, as if you were blowing out a candle.
3. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 three times.
4. Inhale deeply, then sigh. Again. Again. With each sigh, drop your chin to your chest and droop your shoulders. Think of yourself as a tire letting all its air out. Think of the tensions you are releasing.

Breathing Peace Workshop in June!



How we breathe reflects who we are and the manner in which we express ourselves-physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This workshop is a wonderful resource for anyone who wishes to improve his or her health and vitality through the breath.

5 Reasons to try Conscious Breathing:

* Conscious breathing teaches us the proper way to breathe. We became used to breathing from our chest, using only a fraction of the lungs, not knowing that this unhealthy and unnatural way of inhaling may lead to several complications. With yoga breathing, we increase the capacity of our lungs, bringing more oxygen supply to the body to function well. We learn how to breathe slowly and deeply - the right way.

Three Deep Breaths to Navigate Gracefully

Breathing Technique to Relax and Gain Clarity

Use your breath to navigate through the rough times easily, gracefully and masterfully. As you encounter situations throughout the day, practice taking three deep breaths before reacting. From there you can engage with reason and clarity rather than the “Why me?” and the victim mentality. Try this:

The Belly Breath


1. Put yourself in a comfortable position, and place your hands on your stomach.
2. Inhale slowly and deeply, you will feel your abdomen expand like a balloon with the navel moving away from the spine.
3. Let the abdomen fall as you release old, stale air by exhaling slowly, navel moving back towards the spine.
4. Inhale easily. Feel your abdomen expand again.
5. As you exhale, release the air out of your abdomen.

This is the natural way of breathing, like a baby’s breath. As we take time to breath we gain perspective. With perspective, we can ask “what can I learn, what is this about and what decision can I make from the drama free heart?” Breath into the part of you that knows you don’t have to take it all personally.
