9:30 - 10:30 Creating More Space for Ourselves with Kathy McCabe
Experience Qigong. One hour offering freedom of movement and space to
breathe. Give a body what it loves. Allow it to receive the energy of you with
gentle stretching within an ancient healing practice. 

10:30 - 11:30 Energy Transformation Inside the Breath with Sarah Starr 
In absolute allowance, Sarah gently guides you into more presence in your
body through the conscious breath, creating more ease which in turn help with
stress-related health problems ranging from anxiety to digestive disorders and
more. In our adrenaline fueled world this is a wonderful resource for anyone 
who wishes to improve his or her health and vitality, using conscious presence
to navigate through troubled times easily, gracefully and masterfully. 

1:00 - 2:00 Essential Oils and Wellness with Tami Wilcox.
 We will be talking about the different uses of essential oils to maintain a healthy lifestyle, use as natural medicine, for cleaning your home naturally and for cooking. Each person will make an oil blend that they will take home with them. 

2:30 - 4:00 Rejuvenate Your Mind, Body and Spirit Through Sound and 
Vibration with Carmen Escamea. 
Enjoy a unique and energizing opportunity to experience the joy and power of 
community drumming. Participants in these exciting community drum 
experiences feel refreshed, revitalized and rejuvenated through encountering
the primal rhythms of life. Please feel free to bring any extra drums or 
percussion and yes, participate in the creation of joyful energy!
