Happy Yoga With Sarah Starr 5 Minute Hip Opener Series presents a series of modified hip stretches focused on creating more flexibility and releasing tension in the OUTER HIPS, PERIFORMIS and GLUTES as well as INCREASE CIRCULATION throughout the legs, hips and back. If you don't have a yoga block, you can still practice this series resting on your back.
