Happy Yoga with Sarah Starr 10 Minute Stretch for Hamstrings and Hips

Nurture your hips and hamstrings back into a space of ease!
This short 10 minute practice is dedicated to opening the hip-joints and lengthening the hamstrings, creating more space in your hip-flexors as well as the outer and back portions of your hips. Great for a post run stretch session!
