Yoga Workshop June 26-27th Including "Put the Joy back in Your Life" Segment!

Saturday, June 27th 7:30 – 5:00 7:30 – 8:45 Asana practice 8:45 – 9:00 Master Cleanse Drink

9:00 – 10:00 Free Time (rest, nap, read, journal, take a walk,

and/or enjoy the park across the street)

10:15 – 11:30 Gentle Restorative Yoga practice

11:30 – 1:30 Master Cleanse Drink and Viewing of "Greens Can Save Your Life"

2:30 – 4:00 Sarah Starr: "Put the Joy Back in Your Life"

4:00 – 5:00 Green Smoothie supper, Information on the "30 Day Challenge to a

Healthier You" and closing.
